Venues required to follow rule of 6, NHS QR code posters and contact logs.

Dunchurch Village Hall & Sportsfield (DSVH) fully supports the NHS Track & Tracing system launched this week. • It helps to identify if you have been in close contact with anyone tested positive for Coronavirus • It provides the risk level in your area • It allows you to check in at a venue by using a QR Scanner

Under the current Government Rules, any organisation or person hiring the Dunchurch Village Hall or sports field, has a legal obligation to maintain a log containing contact details of all those attending an event. To supplement COVID-19 secure measures already put in place at the hall, NHS QR posters have now been positioned at the entrances to the village hall.

In support of the NHS initiative, the Trustees of DSVH request that those adults possessing a smart phone, whenever visiting the hall, utilise the NHS App to log in on arrival.
