A booking request may provisionally be accepted by note, telephone or e-mail. Formal acceptance of the booking will be by a Hire Agreement form (plus a copy of the Conditions of Hire, as required) sent to the Named Contact (designated as the Hirer).

In the case of a change of Booking to another date, there will not normally be an extra charge. However, for Parties (eg Discos, Birthdays, Anniversaries and Wedding Receptions) and 'Commercial' bookings, a payment of 50% of the applicable charge will be required on acceptance of the Booking. This will serve as a non-returnable deposit in the case of a cancellation of the event where a replacement booking for an equivalent function, cannot be obtained.

Bookings for rehearsals preceding performance events will attract a 25% reduction on the normal Rate.

The Hall holds a Public Entertainment Licence, Alcohol Licence and a Performing Right Society Ltd Licence (for musical performances). Any other Licence necessary for an event to take place will be the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
